Host an associate
We want to place the professionals that join our leadership programmes to work on specific projects, issues and developments in any organisation that is focused on creating racial justice and empowering Black and other ethnic minority communities (that includes charities, social enterprises, businesses and public institutions). Over the past 10 years Racial justice and minority led organisations have disproportionally affected by funding cuts compared to other organisations and COVID 19 will affect the organisations too.
Impact Black aims to support your development and impact on the community by providing you with additional support at a very little cost.
