Do the work. Build Your Leadership Skills. End Racial inequality

Impact Black mobilises talent to help end racial injustice. Our programmes empower people to create change whilst developing their capability for leadership and enabling employers to invest in building inclusive workplaces.

Our flagship Leadership Accelerator Programme, equips Black professionals with the skills needed to become effective senior leaders. The Leadership Accelerator programme includes leadership coaching and access to holistic development tools, all while simultaneously giving hands-on experience with racial justice initiatives that cater to their communities.

Why we exist

Race inequality should be an arcane feature of our past but it is still a serious problem in today's society, affecting the lives of millions of people especially people from racialized ethnic backgrounds.

According to EHRC’s ‘Healing a divided Britain’ report people from ethnic minorities are twice as likely to live in poverty compared to White people across Britain. The UK Government Race Disparity Audit highlighted poorer outcomes from people from ethnic minorities in employment, health, education and living standards.

We believe that everyone has the power and capability to do something about racial inequality. Our aim is to help people to realise the power and agency they have by connecting people to organisations where their skills can be used to create an impact.

Our Leadership Accelerator Programme is designed for those most affected by racial injustice and concerned about tackling racial issues like this in the UK but aren’t sure where or how to start, or how to incorporate it into their professional journey.
